Office Manager / Legal Assistant
Ms. Barbosa has been with the firm since 2009. She began as a part-time receptionist and over the years has assumed further responsibilities as a legal assistant and office manager.
As an office manager, Ms. Barbosa keeps the office running smoothly. She handles the day-to-day tasks such as organizing attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, sending client invoices, and keeping supplies in stock.
In her role as legal assistant, Ms. Barbosa is the team member with whom clients will frequently have contact. She serves as a direct liaison between the attorneys and clients. In addition, Ms. Barbosa handles phone calls, emails, and correspondence in every case, as well as drafting and filing legal documents. Ms. Barbosa works hard to keep clients apprised of each case status, and prides herself in answering clients' questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Ms. Barbosa has enjoyed experiencing the firm's growth over the years, and looks forward to continue helping clients throughout their cases.
